Haul sharing is standard same-day delivery serving multiple clients and is only available in select zip-codes The difference between haul-share and private delivery is that private delivery is an immediate point A to point B transport and is delivered alone for one single customer load at a time. Private deliveries are allowed to use an full van load per booking while haul-share loads have size/quantity limits.
An estimated time limit for each booking is called a service duration .This time limit starts when contractor arrives and ends once load is either removed or reaches its destination.
For assistance the service duration ends when paid booking shift has ended. These time limits are listed on the service pages and are not to be exceeded unless extra time was added in your cart.
If you think you will exceed your time limit don’t worry, 30 minutes before your time is up you can simply go to the service Add-Ons booking page and order an "extra time" booking from the drop down box. This will add 30 minutes to your current booking.
Please keep in mind that service time starts when contractor arrives and ends once load is either removed, delivered to drop-off point or paid assistance shift time has expired.
Please try to accurately asses the amount of time and/or trips needed to complete your job without un-safe rushing before booking. If needed, more time or trips can be added to the service duration in the Add-Ons page
Add-on booking times must coincide with booking that the add-on is being applied to.
Barring incident this service will always be performed as scheduled!
24 hour delivery is just another way of saying same-day delivery. Unlike PRIVATE DELIVERY and similar to your normal standard delivery a haul-share picks up multiple loads at throughout the day before starting delivery therefore needing more time to reach required load destinations which is the reason for the same-day-24 hour service duration/time limit.
Please be advised that cancellations made 1 hour or less before an appointment will be non-refundable. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is a no-show.
To be eligible for refund, please provide cancellation notice at least 1 hour prior to your appointment.
If you are not a member you must message 247-man.com at least 2 hours prior to appointment to allow time for cancellation process in order to prevent refund delays.

To cancel an appointment simply message the word "cancel" followed by your name & appointment date in the chat box (Example: cancel George 8/19/25).
If you choose to reschedule you must do so AFTER canceling. Rescheduling before canceling is prohibited.
If 24/7-M.A.N. cancels an appointment with less than a 1 hour notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. Or refund will be issued.
