    24/7-M.A.N.com is a mobile service that is available up to 24 hours a day!
  • What are the contractor ground rules?=
    ~Contractor is not allowed to handle transported items unless handling was added to cart via the Add-Ons booking page during booking~ ~ Keep in mind as well that contractor is not allowed to enter your business or residence unless stated on booking form~
  • What is a load?
    Load is just a short way of saying a "full van load"' Loads can be all types of things not just packages but appliances or event equipment or flowers etc. and/or things to be disposed of such as unwanted/junk items/brush etc. Basically whatever needs to be disposed or transported.
  • What is the maximum load dimensions?
    84” x 72” x 55” (length x width x height) in inches
  • What is Haul Sharing?
    Haul sharing is standard same-day delivery serving multiple clients and is only available in select zip-codes The difference between haul-share and private delivery is that private delivery is an immediate point A to point B transport and is delivered alone for one single customer load at a time. Private deliveries are allowed to use an full van load per booking while haul-share loads have size/quantity limits.
  • Which zip-codes are eligible for “haul-share”?
    To find out which zip-codes are currently available simply click the gear icon on the right top of the page then click on the haul-sharing button to reveal active haul-sharing zip-codes to see if your zip-code is currently included. Some zip-codes are subject to change
  • What is service duration?
    An estimated time limit for each booking is called a service duration .This time limit starts when contractor arrives and ends once load is either removed or reaches its destination. For assistance the service duration ends when paid booking shift has ended. These time limits are listed on the service pages and are not to be exceeded unless extra time was added in your cart.
  • What happens if a customer goes over their time limit?
    If you think you will exceed your time limit don’t worry, 30 minutes before your time is up you can simply go to the service Add-Ons booking page and order an "extra time" booking from the drop down box. This will add 30 minutes to your current booking. Please keep in mind that service time starts when contractor arrives and ends once load is either removed, delivered to drop-off point or paid assistance shift time has expired. Please try to accurately asses the amount of time and/or trips needed to complete your job without un-safe rushing before booking. If needed, more time or trips can be added to the service duration in the Add-Ons page Add-on booking times must coincide with booking that the add-on is being applied to. Barring incident this service will always be performed as scheduled!
  • What happens when a load delivery is completed?
    Once a load delivery is completed a picture of item/s @ drop-off address are sent to phone and/or email as confirmation of delivery, Certain deliveries may be subject to mandatory signature by delivery recipient
  • Can I pay for a disposal, transport, or any form of assistance in person?
    As of now 247-M.A.N.com is a cashless service provider. We accept online payment only.
  • Why is the haul sharing time limit 24 hours?
    24 hour delivery is just another way of saying same-day delivery. Unlike PRIVATE DELIVERY and similar to your normal standard delivery a haul-share picks up multiple loads at throughout the day before starting delivery therefore needing more time to reach required load destinations which is the reason for the same-day-24 hour service duration/time limit.
  • What is our cancellation and refund policy?
    Please be advised that cancellations made 1 hour or less before an appointment will be non-refundable. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is a no-show. To be eligible for refund, please provide cancellation notice at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. If you are not a member you must message 247-man.com at least 2 hours prior to appointment to allow time for cancellation process in order to prevent refund delays. You can cancel an appointment thru our website 247-man.com If you choose to reschedule you must do so AFTER canceling. Rescheduling before canceling is prohibited. If 24/7-M.A.N. cancels an appointment with less than a 1 hour notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. Or refund will be issued.

  • How do you contact us?

  • How does 24/7-M.A.N. com work?
    Simply pick the date and select the time block that you need your load removed, delivered or need assistance provided then fill out the quick info page. Finally add to cart and pay instantly.
  • How do I request a Haul Share + What are the quantity/size limits?
    Simply click on the "book a haul share" (on mobile click the menu icon first and then click on “book a haul share”) then locate your zip-code. and click book now. Then choose your preferred date and time block then on the right hand side where rates are located and simply scroll to find the zip code that you are delivering/transporting to, then click on that zip code to show the rate then continue.. Any loads longer, taller or wider than 3 feet are not accepted with “Haul- Share” Only 2 loads per client is permitted. Quantity limit per “ haul-share” is 3 items/packages Items or packages under 26” in every direction( height, length or width) are eligible If your items/packages don’t meet the requirements they can not be delivered using the haul-share service
  • What are add-ons and how do they work?
    Once you've booked a service you can use this option to add extras to your booking.. These options are called Add-ons. Only book add-ons if you already have a removal, delivery or assistance booking in your cart. Add-on booking times must match the booking that the add-on is being applied to. Add-ons include: •Extra time ( use this add-on if you think your removal/delivery/ assistance time might go beyond the service durations/time listed on this page or other service pages) •Return trip (use this add-on if you think you might need extra trips to complete your disposal or local delivery goals) •Handling (use this add-on if help is needed loading and/or unloading your items for transport) •Disassembly, Destroy b4 disposal ( this option is best used for large items that need disassembly to fit or sensitive loads that need to not exist or be able to be recovered) As a reminder, an add-on booking times conclude at the end of the service duration time listed for that particular booking the add-on is being applied to. If you are ordering "extra time" as your add-on just simply add the requested "extra time" to the service duration end time to add time to your total service duration. For example: If you book a service that has a service duration of 1 hour and starts at 7pm but you need more time then you would book your *extra time* add-on for 8pm. for the same date then add it to your cart when booking. Please accurately asses the amount of time that may be needed to complete job without un-safe rushing before booking. Barring incident this service will always be performed as scheduled!
  • How do I track my loads or packages?
    To track your load simply click the location icon at the top of the page to get recent location updates up until the time your load has been delivered.
  • What other forms of assistance can I book and how does it work?
    There are also other forms of assistance that you can book as well! Notable forms of assistance are: •Relocation/moving prep. (packing, loading, etc.) Operating hours for this service are: 10a.m. - 4p.m. •Day labor for those with temporary to permanent limitations such as those recovering from surgery, elderly, disabled, ill, etc. Operating hours for this service are: 10a.m. - 4p.m. • Roadside rescue~ *Tire change *Tire inflation *Battery charge *Fuel delivery NOTE: Some assistance services listed are NOT available 24/7. • Relocation Prep: This is a great option for those who are in the process of moving or needs help with the following duties to save time, strain etc.: 1. Bagging 2. Boxing 3. Wrapping 4. Disassembly 5. Loading ​Operating hours for this service are: 10a.m. - 4p.m. •Home Orderly: This assistance provides manual aide & errand assistance for the following... ^Those temporarily limited due to recent surgery or physically ill ^Persons with physical disabilities ^Senior persons etc. Operating hours for this service are: 10a.m. - 4p.m. • Roadside Rescue: (available with plans only) Roadside rescue duties include: *Tire change *Tire inflation *Battery charge *Fuel delivery *more operating hours are available via pricing plans in the DEALS section. As a reminder, the start time for any assistance begins when contractor arrives and ends abruptly at the end of the service duration time listed for that particular assistance. For example, if contractor arrives at 6:00 p.m. and the service duration requested in cart is 1 hour then that means that the service availability for that particular booking is over and done at 7:00 p.m. If needed, 3hr. shifts are available on the DEALS page.
