Service Description
This service works simply as follows: 1. The contractor arrives 2. Then contractor opens vehicle so items can be easily loaded. 3. Contractor then gets for customer signature for proof of completed pick-up. 4. Contractor then leaves your pick-up location en route to your drop-off destination. 5. Contractor arrives at drop-off destination and takes photo of delivered items at destination. 6. Contractor sends photo confirmation of delivery/transport to customer via phone or email. 7.. Contractor departs and your session is complete! GROUND RULES: ~Contractor is not allowed to handle transported items unless *handling* was requested on booking form during booking~ ~ Keep in mind also that contractor is not allowed to enter home unless stated on booking form. This rule does not apply if pick-up site is a business.~ OVERVIEW: This service is similar to "private transport" (see the private transport service page for those details) but the differences are..... Lower cost Loads have size/quantity limits Delivery arrival time is same-day Handling is free Haul-share is only available in certain zip-codes *"Haul-sharing" allows you to save even more money by allowing your loads to be hauled with loads from other customers MORE SPECIFICS: *Check F.A.Q. page for participating zip codes *Delivery time duration for this service is same-day or 24hrs. *This is NOT a point A straight to point B delivery option. *All loads must not exceed haul-sharing size/quantity limits listed on F.A.Q. page. Please see Haul-sharing section on F.A.Q. page for further details before using this option. Please keep in mind that service time for "Haul-sharing" starts when contractor arrives and ends once load is delivered to drop-off point. No add-ons can be added to a haul-share. Please try to accurately asses the amount of time and/or trips needed to complete your job without un-safe rushing before booking. Barring incident this service will always be performed as scheduled!
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations made 1 hour or less before an appointment will be non-refundable. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is a no-show. To be eligible for refund, please provide cancellation notice at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. You can cancel an appointment thru our website 247man.com If you choose to reschedule you must do so AFTER canceling. Rescheduling before canceling is prohibited. If 24/7 M.A.N. cancels an appointment with less than a 1 hour notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. Or refund will be issued.
