Service Description
This service works simply as follows: 1. The contractor arrives 2. Then contractor loads the contained and/or organized items/junk being removed. 3. Contractor then asks for customer signature for proof of completed task. 4. Contractor leaves and your session is complete! GROUND RULES: ~ Keep in mind that contractor is not allowed to enter home unless stated on booking form. This rule does not apply if pick-up site is a business .~ All things being removed must otherwise be outside or in garage. Any exposed nails or razor sharp edges must be removed OVERVIEW: This service will remove or dispose of any un-wanted items or “junk” for the purposes of creating a more spacious, clean or safer environment for your property This option is great for the removal of: Damaged, old or no longer needed furniture and/or appliances Garbage / trash removal ~ | bagged, boxed, wrapped or contained only | Yard debris (fallen branches, leaf bags, compost, waste, etc.) ~ | bagged, boxed, wrapped or contained only | The Departed (pets, road kill, etc.) ~ | bagged, boxed, wrapped or contained only | Decluttering rooms attics, garages, basements, and closets! ~ | bagged, boxed, wrapped or contained only | *If help with bagging, boxing, wrapping, or containment is needed you must book a Relocation Prep. shift on the *assistance* page and add to cart with your removal/disposal booking MORE SPECIFICS: Add more time to your service duration or an extra trip if needed thru the *Add-ons * page. You can also add light demo before disposal for large items that need to be dismantled or other sensitive disposal requests as well by adding *demo b4 disposal* to cart with your removal/disposal booking Add-on booking times must match exact times with the Removal booking that the add-on is being applied to. This service has 24 hour availability and is good for up to one full cargo load at a time. All loads MUST fit cargo space. See F.A.Q. page for cargo space dimensions/specifications and any further details. Please keep in mind that service times start when contractor arrives and ends abruptly at the end of the service duration listed in box above. For example, if contractor arrives at 6:00 p.m. and the service duration listed is 1 hour then that means that the service availability for that booking is over and done at 7:00 p.m. Please try to accurately asses the amount of time and trips needed to complete your job before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations made 1 hour or less before an appointment will be non-refundable. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is a no-show. To be eligible for refund, please provide cancellation notice at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. You can cancel an appointment thru our website 247man.com If you choose to reschedule you must do so AFTER canceling. Rescheduling before canceling is prohibited. If 24/7 M.A.N. cancels an appointment with less than a 1 hour notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. Or refund will be issued.
